By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON noxaminos.com ARE FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY AND ARE NOT INTENDED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION, VETERINARY USE, OR CLINICAL APPLICATION.

All products offered on this Site are labeled and sold exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not approved, cleared, or licensed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body for use in humans, animals, or clinical diagnostics.

To use this Site and purchase products, you must:

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we reasonably believe you do not meet these criteria.

Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents are accurate. However:

  • Product offerings, formulations, and availability are subject to change without notice
  • Product images are for reference purposes and may not reflect exact packaging or labeling
  • COA documents are provided as research reference materials and reflect testing at the time of analysis
  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions are free from errors or omissions

If you believe a product you received materially differs from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@noxaminos.com.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout
  • We accept payment through secure, tokenized processing via Argyle/NMI. Full card numbers are never stored on Nox Amino servers
  • You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including product costs and shipping
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to typographical or system errors

Orders and Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements
  • Restrictions on shipping to certain jurisdictions

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination via ShipStation
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been handed off
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by you

Returns and Refunds

Research-grade products are final sale once they leave our facility, because they cannot be resold. However, if your order arrives wrong or damaged, or a shipment is lost or held in customs, we will make it right with a reship, a replacement, or a refund, based on what you prefer. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on noxaminos.com, including text, graphics, logos, product images, COA documents, software, and design elements, is the property of Nox Amino or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Site content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Purchase products for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical application, or any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer products for prohibited purposes
  • Misrepresent your identity, research credentials, or institutional affiliation
  • Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or its security measures
  • Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law

Violation of these prohibitions may result in order cancellation, account termination, and referral to law enforcement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, discontinue use of the Site.
