Customer service records: up to 3 years after resolution of the inquiry

When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

Children

Our website and products are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. Our research-grade products require purchaser eligibility as a qualified research professional or institution. Research Products Note

Our products are sold for research use only and are intended for in vitro laboratory research purposes. We do not collect or process health-related personal data as part of ordinary operations. Product purchases do not create a healthcare provider–patient relationship.
