Information collected automatically
- Device and browser data: browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and language settings
- Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring URL, and search terms used on our site

- Consent records: your Cookiebot consent choices and timestamps, stored to demonstrate compliance with applicable privacy laws

- Transactional communications: to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and account-related notices
- Email marketing: to send promotional emails, product updates, and research-related content through Klaviyo, only if you have provided consent. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Analytics and site improvement: to measure website traffic, understand user behavior, and improve our storefront experience, only if you have provided consent for analytics cookies and tracking
- Advertising measurement: to attribute ad conversions and measure campaign effectiveness, only if you have provided consent for advertising cookies
- Security and fraud prevention: to detect suspicious activity, protect against unauthorized access, and maintain the integrity of our platform

- Analytics data: per each analytics provider's own retention schedule (see their privacy policies)
- Consent records: 3 years from the date of consent, to demonstrate compliance with privacy regulations
- Customer service records: up to 3 years after resolution of the inquiry
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or anonymize the data.
Security
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including:
- TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Tokenized payments through Argyle/NMI: full card numbers are never stored on Nox Amino servers
- Access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
- Regular security reviews of our systems and third-party integrations

Children
Our website and products are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. Our research-grade products require purchaser eligibility as a qualified research professional or institution. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Research Products Note
Our products are sold for research use only and are intended for in vitro laboratory research purposes. We do not collect or process health-related personal data as part of ordinary operations. Product purchases do not create a healthcare provider–patient relationship.
