The bottles said 10 mg. But they held only 4 to 9 mg. Some had junk mixed in too (Drug Testing and Analysis, 2015).

One catch: A COA only counts if a real outside lab made it. Some sellers fake these reports. So make sure it comes from a lab you can look up. And make sure the batch number matches your bottle. Purity is just one part. It does not tell you the whole story.
