No, you can check out as a guest. An account adds order tracking, one-tap reorders, restock alerts, and access to our support team.
We pick and pack quickly. If your order hasn't shipped yet, sign in and contact support. We'll stop it if we can.

Shipping
Most orders are packed and labeled within 1 to 2 business days. Orders over $250 ship free via UPS Ground.
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Available methods, timelines, and any restrictions are shown at checkout for your address.
Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no product detail on the outside.
Returns
Research compounds are final sale once they leave our facility, since they can't be resold. But if your order arrives wrong or damaged, or a shipment is lost or held in customs, we'll make it right with a reship, replacement, or refund, whichever you prefer.

COAs & Testing
A Certificate of Analysis: third-party lab results for one specific batch, confirming identity and purity.
You can find them on the COA page. We publish reports for previous batches, not individual vials.
